What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 working days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be in their original condition.
Items must not be opened, used, or damaged.
Packaging must be intact and unaltered.
Please note: we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding original shipping fees and return costs.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are not covered by BEAUTIFY.
Customers are responsible for any return postage fees.
How do I organize a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at customer.service@beautify.com
using the same email address used when placing your order.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as BEAUTIFY cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered packages.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 1–6 business days.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty items
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

with your order number and photos of the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
